oh, hey!
I'm Sarah! I’m a huge advocate of meeting you where you are and capturing the now in your life, the way you want to remember it.
» I'm a freckle-faced lover of my husband, my mini-me, my two dogs, and all things vintage. I may have a slight obsession with home organization, I love anything from the 70’s (fashion, cars, music, interior design), I can quote The Office, I enjoy being outdoors, and thrive off finding a great deal on a pair of shoes. I would also like to add that I'm essentially a granny at heart who loves gardening, a decent bedtime, and chill weekend plans.
» My pronouns are she/her.
» An average day of editing looks like this: a cozy sweatshirt, an iced coffee on my desk, a solid playlist or podcast playing on Spotify, most likely a blanket in my lap, and a dog snuggled up with me.
» I typically like to meet my clients before their wedding or session to chat about their ideas for our time together. This also gives us the opportunity meet get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit. But now since COVID, I take extra precaution in protecting others and prefer to either talk on the phone or we can set up a FaceTime/Zoom.
» During your photo session, I prefer to start with just hanging out, talking, warming y’all up to being in front of my camera. Eventually you won't even notice it glued to my face! I love doing photo sessions at unconventional places – your favorite ice cream shop, the bar where you met each other, or in your own home. I thrive off natural interactions, play, belly laughs, and emotion. I love getting to know my clients throughout our time together and can't wait to create something special with them to treasure for many years to come!
