yay! you booked a session. now what?
Now that you’ve paid your retainer + signed your contract, below is some helpful information exclusively for YOU!
some tips to feel your best about these photos…
ARRIVE EARLY.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself + your crew a chance to get settled in, organized, + to chat about the session. This will give us the chance for me to meet any nervous or anxious kiddos and to get to know each other before we begin!
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
The week leading up to the session, up your water intake just a bit! This will ensure everyone is properly hydrated, helps your skin look brighter + plumper, and is also just great for your health! :)
COMMUNICATE.
It’s going to be super important we communicate throughout our time of working together! After receiving your signed contract, I will reach out to you via email to learn more about who’s coming to the session, what you’re wearing/if you need guidance, + also just to get to know each other. As always, please reach out to me if you ever have any questions.
MAKE SURE YOU’RE COMFORTABLE.
This simply means that your clothing fits properly to your body type, reflects your style + attitude, and isn’t itchy or too complicated to wear. Because when you feel comfortable, you’ll look comfortable. And when you’re comfortable, you can focus on being yourself!

what should i wear?
WHAT LOOKS GREAT:
colors - tan, brown, navy, neutrals (tan, creamy white, blush),
cranberry/maroontexture - don’t be afraid to mix + match!
jeans - the darker, the better
accessories - fur vests, winter hats, statement jewelry, headbands or scarves
corduroy or suede
navy + white stripes
cozy knits + sweaters
brown booties/boots
mixing patterns
WHAT **DOESN’T** LOOK GREAT:
stark red
all black outfits
white shirts with khakis or jeans
royal blue
heavy patterns
matching outfits
wrinkly or stained clothing
clothing that is ill-fitting
When in doubt, go neutral with 10% of an accent color (bandana, tie, hat, bow, etc.).

when will i be invoiced for the remainder of the session?
The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to the session.
what happens after the session?
Following the session, your images will be uploaded into a private, online gallery.
You will have access to the images via your online gallery for one year.
You’ll receive an email with full instructions on how to download, order prints, and share!
