Emily and Brett are the ultimate couple to photograph. Incredibly sweet, absolutely gorgeous, crazy cool, and totally in love. It's busy season and that means I've been suuuuuuper behind on blogging. (Hey, it happens.) So I figured what better way to jump back into it than with this sweet duo?!
Emily + Brett were married June 3rd, surrounded by 200 of their family and friends at Central Christian Church in Lexington, KY. I've been working through their wedding photos and I'm still giddy over their big day! When I met with Emily + Brett last fall, I got to talk with them about how they see the wedding day going and learn their love story. These two are definite soul mates and two of the most genuine human beings I've had the pleasure of working with. At first, Emily + Brett didn't think they wanted an engagement session. But, after working with numerous couples and shooting more than twenty weddings, I always want my couples to feel comfortable with me as their photographer and to get a feel of how I work behind the camera on their wedding day. We headed out one evening for a casual shoot at Hartland Park and this engagement was as sweet as it was special. Emily + Brett made my job so easy; their genuine giggles and preciousness was a joy to photograph. Ah! I cannot wait to share their wedding gallery with y'all very soon!
